Interesting product, but requires consistency
I’ve been using these silicone chewing trainers for a couple of weeks now out of curiosity. First impressions: The material feels soft but durable, and they are easy to clean after use. The different pieces offer slightly different resistance levels. Usage: They’re simple to use and don’t cause discomfort, although it takes a bit of time to get used to the feeling. I’ve been using them for a few minutes each day. Results: It’s still early to notice any significant changes, but they do provide a bit of jaw exercise. I think consistent use over time would be needed to see real results. Pros: - Soft and reusable material - Easy to clean - Different resistance options Cons: - Results are not immediate - May feel unusual at first - Requires regular use for any benefit Overall: An interesting product if you’re looking to try jaw exercises, but don’t expect quick results. Not sure if low quality or my teeth are razor sharp
After training my jaw for 40 minutes, the trainer was pretty much destroyed. Had holes in it all over. Not sure if the material is too weak, or my teeth are too sharp/jaw is too strong. If you use a night guard and destroy that as well (I do), then this won't last you long, sadly.

Face ache
These are perfect. If you want face ache you’ve come to the right place. You’ll make easy work of the driest roast dinners. I’m now in the top ten animal bite force charts! Disclaimer* I can no longer open my mouth, haven’t seen anything but my cheeks in years, and need regular face massages but everyone tells me they admire my positive outlook on life and that I always seem to have a smile on my face.

Do not buy this for your partner you will regret it, the noise it makes while they chew it chewed my brain out. But it’s a good product for personal use, it does work out the muscles quite well.
