Review: Sorry plumbers - Saved a fortune. Watched a clip on how to replace the toilet valve , ordered the valve and fitted it myself. All very easy and saved myself a large plumbers bill. Good product, well made and reasonably priced.
Review: Great replacement dual flush valve - I purchased this to replace an old model as the toilet kept flushing. It was easy to twist the old flush valve out and replace with new. Now no flushing issues and works well. Only point i would make is that the cord is slightly shorter that the old one. In addition, I had to use a hack saw to reduce the height of the overflow due to the size of my cistern. I have attached a photo of the old version to help.

**Q: Water keeps pouring into pan stopping it from filling up**
A: I have only just bought this, and this is exactly the problem I am having. After flushing, the overflow pipe gets stuck in the up position and water keeps pouring into the pan. I don't really want to remove the strainer to return the part, as that means taking the whole cistern off again. Is it possible to just get a replacement for the outlet valve or cable, as a brand new product really should be working?

**Q: I need to know if outlet is 2"bsp, without adaptor?**
A: I can confirm thread on bottom of adaptor is 2" BSP, hope this helps

**Q: can you explain the reason and adjustment for dead water valve and short flush cursor**
A: Download the manual 5496_Notice 50+Robinet_GB from this site: http://www.leagrave.net/file/siamp_optima_50_instructions.PDF, this explains the function of the dead water valve which controls the amount of residual water remaining after a long flush. It also explains the setting of the slide valve that controls the amount of water consumed in the short flush.

**Q: Will this fit most toilets. My system is older button And its faulty?**
A: If it looks the same it will fit. It is very easy to fit with just a twist to remove then a twist to fit.

Great. Easy to fit, unless your cistern is all boxed in without easy access like mine. Why no instructions with it? Don't know how to alter the flush volumes.
