Anyway I know what to look out for in future, and will take extra care when cleaning this new one, which has solved the problem in no time, and the fact that it is also adjustable 5cm to 6.5cm makes it perfect. The length of the stem is 40mm at its shortest as it is adjustable and can be made longer. **Q: What is the diameter of the inner shoulder? The replacement I am looking for needs to be 47mm overall, but 38mm on the inner shoulder.** A: The outside overall diameter is 47mm and the inside shoulder diameter is 38mm.
