Noticed the message on pack whilst in the process of dyeing my eyelashes!** A: EU regulations have deemed it unsuitable for use on the eyelashes, So the name has been changed to Eylure Dybrow and for use on the eyebrows only but the ingredients remain the same.I have used eylure dylash for 30 years with no problems I have on occasion even used it on my eyebrows tho the original one wasn't meant for eyebrows. I haven't tried the one in the new packaging yet but as the ingredients remain the same I see no reason not to carry on using it like I did the original one. **Q: Can I use this product on my eye lashes** A: yes, The original Dylash was created to darken and add colour to both lashes and brows, giving the impression of thickness and depth to lashes and helping to define brows.But the name changed to Dylash to Dybrow due to a new EU Cosmetics Regulation EC 1223/2009, manufacturers are no longer allowed to place oxidative tints for eyelash use on the retail market since 11th of July 2013. In order to comply with this new Regulation, they had to change the name Dylash to Dybrow. However the ingredients are the same in Dybrow as were in Dylash, the product can only be sold as a brow product. **Q: How long does it take to work on eyebrows?** A: I leave it for 20, any less and it's too weak. Works out much better value than going to a salon. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Close to perfect! *by E***A on 14 May 2024* Like many I discovered this product during covid. I've since stopped going to the salon to dye my eyebrows, I now only use this product. I must have saved hundreds of pounds and stacks of time in doing so. The only negative is I've found it works really well the first couple of times after opening, a nice dark even colour. However if you use it more than that, the colour just doesn't take. I used it on what was probably the fourth use of the tube and even leaving it on longer and applying twice, my eyebrows looked exactly the same as before I'd applied the product. It just didn't work. Having said that, getting 2 good uses from a tube and throwing out the remaining product still beats going to the salon as far as time and money goes. The first two uses produce a great colour and it lasts around 4 weeks each time.
