At night-time if there are lights on in the room, there are usually internal reflections which degrade the image quality. Mine works fine, and I'm just about to buy a second camera and mount for the back. The other negative theme seems to be the adhesive - mine lasted a long time, until we moved house and had to move the camera to another location; after that it wouldn't stick, but I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement window mount.
