Well-made and well-designed so that you can fill the water tank from the front of the appliance. Filter machines with a glass jug often end up stewing the coffee, but the thermal jug that comes with this machine keeps the coffee warm and in top condition for a considerable time.

I love everything about this machine. It looks smart, makes a lovely strong cup of coffee and the coffee stays hot enough, without stewing, for about an hour. Being able to water fill it from the front is very convenient. All in all, 10/10.
