It's not very heavy, so flops around - add some blu-tak! Bit weird not having any sample software, but the free "nfctools" worked fine for me. Review: Speciality Device - Brought this as a way to log-in to windows using NFC Identity Card... Although the reader read the card it did not send anything to the PC...
