🍃🌟The Gold Standard For Organic Marshmallow Root!🌟🍃
🍃Frontier Co-op has once again delivered a product that exceeds my expectations! The Organic Marshmallow Root in this 8 ounce bag is truly the gold standard, and I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone utilizing this incredible herb! 🌟The quality and freshness: Upon opening the resealable bag, the root's quality is immediately apparent. The pieces are uniformly and properly cut—not too powdery, yet not overly large and woody. This ensures maximum surface area for extraction. The scent is mild, earthy, and fresh, a clear indication that it hasn't been sitting on a shelf for months. The organic certification is a major bonus, providing peace of mind about purity. 🍃Effectiveness (The Mucilage Factor): The primary reason people buy marshmallow root is for its high mucilage content, and this root delivers powerfully. When cold-infused (which is the best way to extract the soothing properties), it produces a beautifully thick, viscous, and "slippery" consistency. I primarily use this for preparing soothing infusions and syrups along with my dry herb needs when it cokes to my metaphysical needs, and the results are consistently effective in everyday I use it. It's even good for supporting digestive and throat comfort! 🌟Value: The 8 oz. bag offers exceptional value for money, especially considering the high-demand, high-quality organic nature of the product. The packaging is robust, standing up well to repeated opening and sealing while keeping the contents fresh! 🍃If you are looking for pure, potent, and certified organic Marshmallow Root, stop searching. This Frontier Co-op product is fresh, works exactly as it should, and is highly effective. A flawless 5 out of 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great taste , high quality . Nice blossoms .
Great chamomile taste , earthy fragrance . Strong and brews up good . I just brew it up loose in a big , big glass cup and drink it straight , no sweetener , chamomile blossoms floating in my herb tea . I suppose some natural honey sweetener would be over the top in taste , but I like this tea earthy with flowers floating in the cup . This is typical very high quality , from Frontier Co-op . The best .

Rating: Very Good
Excellent quality. I can't get enough of this. I mix it with my berry tea, green tea, and George's Distilled Aloe. Fantastic. My tummy feels great. Here's why I use this brand: This organic product is CLEAN and vibrantly beautiful. When I open the bag, it smells like delicious honey and chamomile :)!! Based on my observations and my sense of smell, I have no reason to doubt the quality of this product. Here's why I use chamomile itself: 1.) When I was growing up, my mom mentioned a few times that she been drinking chamomile during one her pregnancies. At the end of her term of pregnancy, she was at an ob/gyn appointment and was informed by her doctor that she was in labor and needed to go to the hospital immediately. My mom reported that she had no pain then and that she continued to feel fairly pain-free throughout the labor and delivery. 2.) When I was a teenager and started menstruating, I had the most horrific abdominal pain immaginable each month. I felt like I was going out of my mind everytime I had a period. I could hardly stand, and sometimes I would do abdominal crunches or jump on a bike to try to "work off or run from the pain" because I could not stay still. The pain was too horrible. One day, it occurred to me that since my mom had been able to avoid normal delivery pains by taking chamomile, that maybe I could lessen my misery each month since uterine contractions could be why I was having so much pain during periods. I had also heard that the oil from the chamomile is where the chemical properties reside that help alleviate pain. I still have no idea if that last part is true, but I decided to go by that theory anyway. Here is what I did: I purchased dried chamomile in bulk and made four cheesecloth teabags for each day of the month. Each morning and night I would boil two teabags until the water was reduced by 50%, and then I would squeeze the teabags out into the water, trying to extract as much "oil" from the chamomile as possible. I have no idea if that was the way to do it, but that's the way I decided I was going to proceed. Here's the result: Within less than two months all of my monthly menstrual pain stopped. Gone, gone, gone. In later years, when I started having kids, I stopped experiencing so much pain altogether. I can't remember why that is, but I know it is not uncommon for women to have less menstrual pain after giving birth. 3.) In my thirties, my youngest sister reported to me that she had also tried chamomile during one of her preganancies, and similar to our mother's outcome, she also had no pain during labor and delivery. That's my family history and that's why I like to take chamomile. I believe it has healing/soothing qualities. And while I'm taking it, I might as well take it from a brand I trust. I am not recommending that enyone use chamomile for medicinal purposes without consulting a physician, especially if pregnant. I am only telling my family account regarding the use of chamomile. Highly recommended product.

Soothes my gut
I love this stuff. I put a few tablespoons in a jar with cold water and leave it overnight. Then I strain it the next morning and drink throughout the day. The water becomes slightly thicker/gelatinous and has an almost campfire-y flavor. I like it. It definitely has a soothing effect on my gut health. I've noticed my movements are more solid when I drink this. Worth trying out if you have gut issues!

Good!
I like it—tastes good and the portion is more than enough. Some of it is powdered, so a bit of dust flies out when opening, but overall I’m satisfied. I’m giving it one star less because the packaging is weak and there’s no zipper, which could be inconvenient. I transferred it to another container before using.

This takes "GETTING USED TO", but I'm drinking it for the Health Benefits, NOT the Taste.
Burdock Root has a LOT of Health Benefits, including a Diuretic Action (so GO Real SLOW at first, especially if you are already on a Rx Drug Diuretic for High Blood Pressure... be REAL CAREFUL, Start with a VERY SMALL AMOUNT, and then Build Up, GRADUALLY... ). I recommend you consume ALL of whatever you Brew Up, or put any unused amounts into your Refrigerator... it grows MOLD if you just leave it out, overnight, so don't do that. Burdock Root has a Very EARTH-DIRT Taste, as it's a ROOT that grows in the Ground, so it takes "GETTING USED TO THE TASTE", and I am also buying it here to be SAFE, because in the Wild, it also likes to Grow with Other VERY SIMILAR LOOKING ROOT-PLANTS that are TOXIC POISONS, and it's EASY to MIX THEM UP, if you don't know what you're doing. I do NOT want to have to Deal with THAT RISK, so for me, spending the Modest Amount of $$$ for this is well worth the SAFETY I get with it. I take it for the HEALTH BENEFITS, NOT the Taste. I look upon it as "MEDICINE", which as a Child, I was always used to "MEDICINE" as having "BAD TASTE", so that's what This Is... BAD TASTE, but GOOD For Your HEALTH. Burdock Root contains various Minerals, including Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Calcium, Iron, and Copper. It also contains Vitamin-C, B6, and Folate. It has DIURETIC Action, and is also considered Beneficial for Proper Digestion. TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) has known about Burdock Root for Thousands of Years, and used it to Treat MANY Problems of the Lungs, Stomach, and Skin. I rate this 5-STARS, as it's a GREAT VALUE for this Chopped Up Version, that you can make a Herbicidal Tea Infusion, and Benefit Healthwise from. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this, and say... "GO FOR IT... !!!"
