It makes a vibrating sound. **Q: does it come with case?** A: Comes with a hard plastic grey case and a battery as well as 2 tips, large and small. Everything inside the case fits in a foam inset. **Q: What does this do $100 better than the half dozen others that look identical that are $100 less? What did you get for your money?** A: I bought this product and they sent me a knock off. I sent it back and they said it didn't make it there. They would not refund my money or send the correct product. I worked with this company but had to chalk it up to never buying from a overseas business.
