When seperated nothing comes out at all. Just used 3 of them in a camping holiday. For cooker and patio heater. No gas leaked at all. **Q: Does it have a brand "continental" on it?** A: No brand markings on this product **Q: Can this be used with argon gas for tig welding?** A: If the Argon gas is at low pressure it should be ok. Normal applications for these couplings would be no more than 36mb/5PSI. **Q: Does this fit a cadac** A: This is an inline connector to be used in the run of hose.
