This is super easy to incorporate into my day. I just add it to my water first thing in the morning. I have tried other electrolyte powders, and this is the only one that helped me get through Pilates with zero cramping, especially during longer sessions when I am moving the entire time. There is no noticeable flavor, and both liquids mix in easily. I was relieved to finish workouts without the leg or foot cramps I often get during or after class.

Seems to work well for me. The only thing that I don’t like are that the fluid is in a plastic bottle. Would be healthier in glass. No micro plastics then

I've been a carnivore for 9 months and experiencing muscle cramps. Of the electrolytes I've used wasn't helpin... BEAM fix me. When I'd " tried" tyo stretch first thing in the morning, my legs "would" cramp and my neck. So, I could only stretch carefully every morning upon walking. After 2..yes TWO Beam electrolytes I can stretch with absolutely NO cramping at all. This is my experience, hopefully you'll find yours 🤞

I've been taking this supplement for almost a month now and I haven't experienced any negative side effects..only positive. The color is a little off-putting but there is little to no taste, so I'm not bothered by it at all. The product is doing what they claim it does so I will be ordering another bottle. I only drink filtered water so I knew I needed to get my minerals from another source. Between this product, my diet and my coffee tamer, I'm hoping it's enough. Time will tell.

I’ve subscribed to this product. This month it came opened no factory seal. Tasted terrible. Tasted bad last month too. First three months. It was fine.

Seems better stomach acid,sleep better more energy
