I use Sugarflair as my go to food colouring, this is a gel type consistency not a liquid so does water down the buttercream. A huge range of colours and can be purchased in sets of 3, 6 etc which is better value for money. Highly recommended

wow. absolutely insane colour. didn't stain my plastic mixing bowl or the mouths of the people eating the cake i made with this. there was no wacky aftertaste either which was nice. remember you don't need a lot!! just a little gets the job done when it's as concentrated as this colour is!

This is a great product. Made my red velvet cupcakes look divine and didn’t affect the taste. Only needed 2 tspn for 24 cupcakes and it worked its magic, the red is so vibrant

Plus: very good red dye, nice strong vibrant colour. Not needing to use much. Negatives: use carefully while using, will stay on fingers for some time but will eventually go away with a few washes. They baked goods may also leave a red stain (as it did on my friend’s lips and he complained he looked liked he was wearing lipstick. Though I think the colour suited him but 😂)

Great food colouring, gives great colour to velvet cake. Some other high street brands loose colour when baked. Worth the money.

Amazing colours and doesnt distort the flavouring of the butter cream when used correctly absolutely adore the strong pigments of sugarflair products coupled with immersion blender method you get the most out of the colour. i used the extra red for the brighter top and extra black for the black then a bit of both to make the darker red middle.

Great icing colouring. I managed to achieve a nice, bold red using this. Any colouring which went on the kitchen side was easy to remove also. I used the microwave method to achieve the best results.

Très satisfaite du colorant Sugarflair rouge. Je l'ai utilisé pour préparer des sablés de Noël et le résultat était magnifique. La couleur est intense, facile à doser et permet d'obtenir une belle teinte uniforme sans modifier le goût de la préparation. Il est parfait pour la pâte à sucre, les biscuits décorés et les créations pâtissières. Une petite quantité suffit pour un très bel effet. Un excellent produit pour les amateurs de pâtisserie créative, je recommande.
