We have multiple jr-lev-1 tools, are there any cat6 jacks that will fit in this?

You need the jr-lev-2, Cat 6 Leviton Keystone jacks will fit that one. "lev" is for Leviton brands, -1 is Cat 5e and Cat 6 is "-2" If you check out the Fluke site you can find other JackRapids for Other brands. https://www.flukenetworks.com/datacom-cabling/installation-tools/JackRapid-Punchdown-Tool then scroll down and click on "Models and Accessories"

Can I use this with the cable matters keystones?

You'd have read the info for that particular jack to see what make model it copied and get the the corresponding Jack Rapid. Whether is Leviton, Panduit, etc.

Has anyone tried this with scp cat6 keystones?

Yes you must have the appropriate component on top there are 2, 1 does cat 5 and 5e the other does your cat 6

Does this tool (or any of its iterations) work with keystones from cables2go (c2g)?

Thank you for your question. The JackRapid line has not been spec'd to work with those jacks. You will need to contact the jack manufacturer or you can use one of our standard impact tools such as the D814 or the D914.
