Hi I take the tea. If you’re going to take the tea I recommend take it at night. I use two bags and it works well. In the morning I love it.

This tea should definitely come with a warning - do not take if planning to leave the house. The taste is actually decent, I’m not a big tea person but this wasn’t bad. The tea is VERY effective for what it’s for, however it doesn’t react right away. It took about 20 hours the first time and 12 hours to take effect. And both times I had to RUN to the bathroom so I wouldn’t suggest leaving the house the day after taking this. And believe me when I say it will CLEANSE your system!

Also I don’t know if it’s just me but every time I drink water I’m running back to the bathroom! This really works and cleans you out!!! If you need to lose a few fast pounds this can help. Let's just say nothing has the chance to stay in and make you weigh more! Let me just give you a few tips if you are considering it tho. People say don't add sugar or honey. Sure you can try and do it that way but there is one thing I feel you should know. Without a spoon full of honey, this stuff taste like your drinking hay water! You know that smell when you go to a farm and just mowed the hay field.... that's exactly how it taste!! Add some honey and it isn't as bad. Also People say do 2 tea. Please don't. Those are the people you see hugging the toilet paper roll bagging for mercy. One tea bag is all you need. I drink it around 9pm sometimes 10. By 8am it's kicking in and well you know how that works. Also, don't trust a fart! For real..... your guts kinda liquefy to say the least. But again it works but don't over do it. Your stomach will be the loudest thing in the room and you can't hide it when everyone around you says "oh my gosh that's her stomach " so embarrassing

Writing this from the toilet because I ran to amazon to see if anyone else had the same effect. This WORKS!! Im hugging my knees and gripping the tissue. For me with my metabolism running fast, it only take me two hours or less to flush everything i ate that day. I mix it with Honey Chamomile to calm my stomach . I love the packaging. No tears in my bag. Im so glad to try this tea. I have fast results and im very pleased.

My go to for weight loss

This is not the colon cleanse super laxative many of you are claiming this product to be, or if it is, then you're having an adverse reaction and need to stop use or you're drinking way more than you should. This is a good stool softener/light laxative. This tea is described on the box as a laxative, but it's not a strong laxative. It worked more like a stool softener for me (which is more of what I wanted). It also took effect more than 12 hours after I drank it. The box says to wait anywhere from 6 to 24 hours. Those of you saying you had explosive diarrhea within 10 minutes are either lying or physically ill. If you take it as per the directions on the box, it should help you go within 24 hours. I'm giving it 3 stars because it works well for its purpose but tastes awful. Honey does help a bit, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't miserable to drink. Definitely worth it if you're backed up though. This is a great tea to keep things moving as they should.

I use this tea sometimes to relieve constipation. It tastes like your average herbal tea. I drink it hot with some sugar, or you can just drop a bag of it with any other hot herbal tea you drink if you get tired of it’s flavor. It works well but comes with unpleasant cramps. I don’t like that part and that’s why I try not to use it unless I really have to. I would make sure it doesn’t conflict with any heath problems or medications you’re taking before using it though. Some of my family members don’t respond to it as well. Sometimes you need to use two bags at once. And I noticed for people who use it too frequently it loses its effectiveness after a while just like any other laxative
