The first time trying this 15 years ago, I was going through my grandmas tea collection and I like ballerinas so I ignorantly chose ballerina tea. About 6 hours after, I was at the gym and had to use the toilet BAD! I ran to the locker room but the stench was so strong I held it in and drove 20 mins home. Taste is great especially with a little honey. Drank it before my dinner around 4pm.No obvious issues right away... 6ish hours later it is now 1am and after severe stomach gas pains waking me from a really good sleep, I have decided that the bathroom owns me now and I shall forever live here. Thank god I have a vanity on 1 side and a wall on the other of my toilet to help stop me from falling off with the explosiveness I am experiencing. Imagine your at the beach and you have wet sand in your little plastic pail and your pouring the pail into the water... The chunky watery thick sand making the distinct PLOPPING noise as the sand hits the water.... Take a snack and an entire can of air freshener with you....So here I sit and will continue to endure as Poseidon's kiss targets me everytime another round begins and ends...maybe drink it in the morning so your not awake at 1am like me.

Love this to detox. Get ready to 💩🌪️. I brew one bag and let it sit for like an hour in a small Tea cup I mostly use it after I eat red meat or when I’m super bloated with some ginger drops and a tsp of raw honey . Stay home that day

Love the flavor alone and also with coffee

I recommend boiling the tea in the pot for a while then drinking it because it doesnt see to have the correct dose. But will work for a bowel movement
