Why you ask - well I'm a postie & my body aches in places you would never believe. One of these places was my thigh. I must of strained the muscle during a round & I was in agony. I initially thought it was my hip deteriorating however (luckily) it's a thigh strain. I've had this 3 days now & my leg is so much better. It still aches but these injuries take ages to heal if you rest & I don't have that luxury.
