I did have an issue where one disc overheated and stuck fast to the silicone backing but that was my over eagerness. Easy setup and operation. Use it all the time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality *by M***U on 6 November 2012* I've had three other disc sanders, and they didn't last more that a year or two of moderate usage making radio-controlled aircraft. I've generally paid around £30, so I suppose they were reasonable value. I decided to try better quality this time around, and so paid £132 for this unit. So what's the verdict? Rolls Royce quality, which should last me a lifetime. I don't like the price, but I love the sander! Really quiet too. Much more powerful motor, which shouldn't burn out, as my previous units have done when sanding ply ribs to shape.
