It's just few days using this oil and it's really amazing with lots of benefits. I regular use kalonji oil to my hair since the day it arrived and it's really amazing as it gives coolant effect to my scalp n it's non-sticky and helps in reducing split ends and makes hair smooth n soft and it is also beneficial in arthritis and other joint pains. And even it's very good for face, i apply a few drops of urban botanics kalonji oil to my face daily before I go for sleep at night and in the morning I see my face glowing n helps in reducing spots n blemishes. Really effective n the best part about the oil is it's 100% cold pressed and free from chemicals, hexane and additives. It's packing is very nice and attractive. Just one complaint about the product is it's price it's price is quit higher but this can be ignored because Amazon gives discounted offer and one oil n many benefits is worth buying. I give this product 4.5/5 rating

Good for skin health

Kalonji oil, also known as black seed oil, is a popular remedy for hair care due to its potential benefits like promoting hair growth, reducing dandruff, and preventing premature graying. It is rich in thymoquinone, an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties, which may contribute to these benefits. Superb oil.

Not pure, compared to Corbamide Forte's, this doesn't match the quality.

Packaging and Appearance – This kalonji (also known as Nigella seeds) oil by Urban Botanics comes in a sturdy transparent plastic bottle. The bottle arrived in good condition and the delivery was on time. The bottle was sealed and wrapped in plastic, preventing any chances of leaks. The bottle label had a description of the ingredients, advantages, expiry date and other details written on it. But there were a few grammatical mistakes on the label, making me doubt the authenticity of the product. Nevertheless, the description claims that the oil is 100% natural which I really appreciate as I love using natural products. Also, the product has a good life of 2 years before it expires. The seal had to be pierced to use the oil. The cap closes tightly, not resulting in any leaks making the bottle travel appropriate. Though I would highly recommend to always wrap oil bottles in polythene while travelling to just be on the safe side. Benefits – Nigella seeds have always been a part of Indian cuisine, but recent discovery claims that the seeds have more advantages apart from imparting flavor. It is said to fight acne, ease joint pain and improve hair quality. But the benefits of the oil have only recently been discovered and hence I would highly recommend doing a patch test on a small portion where you intend to apply the oil just to ensure that you aren’t allergic to it. The label doesn’t mention anywhere that the oil is safe for consumption. My Experience – I have used this oil mainly on my scalp for my hairs. I didn’t experience any allergic reaction to the oil, and it worked well for me. I mixed 1 teaspoon of this oil in 3 teaspoons of edible coconut oil and applied it to my scalp and left it overnight. The oil was dark brown in color which resembled the actual kalonji seeds. Hence I would recommend to not wear any light colored clothes while oiling, as it might stain the clothes. The oil was of medium consistency, making it easy to mix with any other oil. The oil does have the smell of kalonji, which I am okay with as I like the products to be as natural as possible. There was also no difficulty in washing off the oil next day. This oil didn’t cause any excess hair fall. I have already used this oil twice and plan to continue using the oil. I will update the long-term effects on the same here. Till now I have no complaints with this product.

It can be use as hair oil or as a skin moisturizer. It can be applied on face and hair. I have been using this product for about last one week and would say it's really a good oil. . .
