Are they washable? Or single use? Or more than one wear?

They're not washable. I get a good few wears out of them though. They're very comfortable.

Are these smaller than the slim fit?

I don’t know whether they’re smaller than slim fit

Will I still hear my alarm clock?

I hear my mobile alarm, it sounds very distant, but gets through!! Maybe test on a day you don't actually need to get up first!!
