My rabbit has bite through my tv mains cable can i use this to fix it back together

Yes it could be used to fix the cable. The only thing is the connector is a push fit type, you may need to solder the ends of the cables, to give them a bit of rigidity to go in or change the connector block for a screw up type (which I did) the box will clip shut with a small peg to stop it opening easily exposing the wires.
