I really like this oil, it smells like spa,has natural ingredients, great quality, does not leave sticky residue. Not sure it relieves pain though, however is great for massages.

Amazing oil, its natural properties make it my favourite item on my bedside table. I use it on the very beginning of any muscle pain and it begins to work almost instantly. I don’t imagine myself living without a bottle of Arnica oil ever.

Take care over volume in bottle.
Weleda is a fantastic product and this oil is great but I did not look at the volume in the bottle, only 100ml for @ £15, I'd mistaken thought it must be 200ml. Previously I bought 200ml plus a free 200ml shower gell from "open all hours" for £20 which is still available and you get double the amount of oil plus a large Weleda arnica shower gell. My mistake for not looking more closely but check how much oil you are getting for the price. Felt ripped off.

Aiuta molto
Consigliato dal fisioterapista per i miei dolori sia cervicali che alle atm, lo metto un pò sul termosifone prima di usarlo per automassaggiarmi la sera, anche appunto su mandibole e atm. Attenzione ne basta davvero pochissimo perchè permette un lungo massaggio che aiuta, soprattutto sulle contratture cervicali e sui muscoli scom. Si avverte un piacevole calore non fastidioso. A differenza di altri olii arnica questo non ha odori forti, pungenti o sgradevoli che non vanno mai via: il profumo è leggerissimo e gradevole e sparisce dopo qualche ora.
