The best thing for cold sores
I started using BHT a while ago and it has been a life saver when it comes to cold sores. I get cold sores very often but this speeds up the recovery so much I don’t even get stressed if one is coming up. Just fantastic. I was even able to stop few coming up. So happy with this product. I take it orally or dab it on the cold sores which helps to draw the moisture out.

Really excited to try
I've read so many positive reviews about the BHT that I decided to go ahead and try it myself. I've been getting cold sores since I remember and these are usually very sore and year by year I noticed that they become more resistant to any treatment. I recently read a fantastic article of how rich in antioxidant the BHT is. I wish to improve my overall health as well so I'm really excited about this product. I'm going to give an update after some time.

I have been taking one capsule daily since May 2020 to stave off COVID upon advice of my brother, a science wiz who researches every single thing he puts into his body. Thought I might kill two birds with one stone because I have had infrequent but severe episodes of cold sores so big and deep that they took a permanent chunk out of my lip, even though I took acyclovir as directed at the first sign. Since I began taking this supplement, I have not gotten COVID, nor have I had any cold sores - but then, we masked up, sanitized, distanced and got vaccinated as soon as we could, so that might explain the lack of COVID; and I had really only had three episodes of cold sores over a period of about 10 years, so maybe it's just not "time" yet. I will not tempt fate by stopping it, just to see if I come down with either one. However, my husband is on his way back from a two-week family funeral gathering out of state, where a few people woke with sore throats and tested positive for COVID - one of them previously vaccinated. We will be cautious when he gets home, but this might provide the best "test" of BHT. Should I get sick, I guess I might be convinced that it didn't protect me. Should I NOT get sick - it still doesn't PROVE it did protect me, but I'll keep taking it anyway.
