The rubber feet on the bottom do not though- but this doesn't affect the bowl. The lid does slide around and I don't recommend using it for people to rest their feet on during the pedicure- but it is great for helping to hold the heat in. I have a cart with a foot rest I use this with and it works great. I have black this time, but have had brown and the teal option at other salons I've been at over the years- and as far as I know- that still use them. I'll buy again and again.
