From the manufacturer Short History The initial concept for our Really Useful Boxes came from our owner who, as an accountant at a plastics company, wanted a transparent, strong, stacking storage box to store his archive records. After exhaustive searches he was unable to locate such a product so in good old-fashion tradition created it himself. Most people that see our product are impressed by both its simplicity and ability to live up to its name of Really Useful Box. The concept is one of those obvious products that should have been available years ago. From 1999 it took a year before we had a repeatable product that passed our vigorous quality requirements. We were fortunate that this coincided with major companies committing to initial promotional trials. We subsequently introduced new sizes and new related products. These products have been customer driven. We have now significantly expanded our customer base and presence in other countries, including the USA. Review: Great boxes but send covered in stick labels!! - These are a great product but every box had a very large sticky label. These did not peel off cleanly but left a sticky papery mess, I now have to waste my time cleaning this ready for it to be used!!!
Review: Lid too weak - Unfortunately, this product needs work... I'm a great fan of Really Useful boxes, because they are strong and work properly... and have a garage full of them. However, this box is a dissapointment, the Lid is far too thin, and if you use the box for anything fairly heavy (like tools) the lid flexes, buckles and comes off – even with the locking handles 'locked down. I suppose for pencils it might be Ok, but for everything else I suspect the lid is too thin, and needs to be beefed up.

These are a great product but every box had a very large sticky label. These did not peel off cleanly but left a sticky papery mess, I now have to waste my time cleaning this ready for it to be used!!!

Unfortunately, this product needs work... I'm a great fan of Really Useful boxes, because they are strong and work properly... and have a garage full of them. ### ⭐ not the same as image at all

advertised as a really useful box with the box holding wrapping paper. My fault I did not read the size however its also miss leading by the picture. I actually got one the for paint brushes annoying as I paid delivery and the price. The image needs altering to represent the correct sizing. Over priced for what I got.
