Must-Have Tool for Stubborn Bolts and Nuts
I recently purchased the THINKPRO 17 PCS Impact Bolt & Nut Remover Set, and it has been a lifesaver for removing damaged and rusted bolts. The upgraded extractor kit is top-notch and works perfectly for stripped or frozen lug nuts, making what used to be a frustrating job much easier. The set includes a wide range of sizes, so I always have the right tool for the job. The extraction sockets have a strong grip and make quick work of even the toughest bolts. The quality of the tools is excellent—durable and built to last. I used this kit on a few rusted nuts, and it removed them without any issues, saving me time and stress. If you're looking for a reliable and effective tool kit for tough bolt removal, this is definitely the one to get!

Easy work
Wow, works better than expected. Exceeded my expectations. While trying to remove my exhaust, one of the flange nut got stuck causing it to round up. I bought two sets of extractor socket prior to using this brand. The first set was a brand from a local auto part, ORLY, the sales rep told me it was the best brand. They never had a returned on the extractor sockets. The sockets would not bite into the rounded nut, all it did was slipping off the rounded nut. I was probably the first customer to return their extractor sockets. The second set was from another local auto part, AZO, this set of extractor sockets bites into the grounded nut as expected but the downside was that the socket was not strong enough. The socket broke, ended up returning the set. This set arrived, I spent about 5 minutes and it broke loose the rounded nut. It's a great set of extractor sockets. Would recommend to anyone trying to extract any rounded nut or bolts.

They work on chrome wheel lock-nuts.
I used these on my son's chrome , grooved type lock nuts on his Tahoe and they got them off without ruining them. Which is good because I found his lock "key" socket when we weren't looking for it, lol. But if they can grip heavily chromed wheel lock nuts I have no doubts at all that they'll grip softer bolts and nuts if needed. I used a rechargeable 1/2 inch impact driver , tapped them on until they gripped to the point where I couldn't hand spin it then hit it with the gun and they dug right in and removed the torqued on lock nuts. Only did very minimal damage because they dug in so well and the key made for the lock nuts was able to still fit in the patterned grooves so we can now re-use them with no problem. Not sure how they would do with just the chrome coated tin covered lug nuts or lock nuts, they'd probably get torn up pretty good as the tool dug it's way into the actual metal under it but that's a way better problem to have than not being able to take your wheel(s) off if they need to be repaired, replaced or other work needs to be done like breaks or other repairs that need the wheels off. They don't look that aggressive but they certainly do the intended job. I'm sure stripped Grade 8 nuts & bolts will be no problem at all.

5 stars this socket set is amazing
Man man man this socket set is a life saver I don't even write reviews but this damn socket set came through for me in the the clutch I tried so many other things an could not get this stripped lug nut off smh I put the first socket on it kind of stripped it more at first so I thought this socket set was B's but I said let me try to hammer on 1 size down then the regular size socket for the lug nut I gave it a slow but forceful push an the lug nut came rite off. So 5 stars for me frfr this socket set really works it was worth every penny frfr thank you to the maker of this socket set I highly recommend those with stripped lug nuts, bolts, etc it works y'all and the little tool in the kit easy knocks the lug nut or bolt rite out of the socket so that you can use the socket again and again and again once more thanks.

Good quality - works in the toughest of cases
17 piece kit - had an extremely deformed oil pan drain bolt all roughed up and rounded because it was insanely tight. Hammered the 13mm extractor on it and had to use a 3 foot breaker bar but the extractor stood up to the force and didn't slip. It got it out when all else failed. When done, the extractor looked as good as new. Very impressive.

They work!
I have a 331k mile a1983 Toyota Pickup I'm restoring and the diff fill plug would NOT come out. Not with any of the typical one tricks. When I used this extractor socket, with an impact, PB Blaster, and a little heat, it twisted right out. This set had the 24mm that I needed that most sets do not. I cannot speak for how great these are in the long run, but they did their job the 1st time for me and that alone makes the set worth it because drilling out the center of the bolt would have contaminated the diff with metal shavings.

Worked but Single Use
This extractor was used on a McGard locking wheel lugnut. It did not work well on this type of locking lug nut which as a collar that will spin when an extrator like this is used. I was able to remove one lug nut and it was then too dull to catch any other lug nuts. A single use tool. However, I was able to then take the lug nut to the dealer who had a McGard master key set, matched it up and I have the correct key on the way to remove the other 3 lugnuts. The key was another $30. Total cost for removal will be $63 after this tool purchase. A better outcome than going to a shop and my car is a project so I couldn't drive it to get that service. Only 3 stars as its a one use tool from my experience.

Very useful tool!
The product arrived the day after I ordered it which was great. I used the 14 mm on a very rounded bolt that had given me issues and it worked perfectly. The set seems very well constructed.
