A: I filed them then did base coat, color coat then top coat. I haven’t tried the poly gel

**Q: How thick are these at the cuticle?**
A: Hi, they are not thick at all. They are just about right all u need to do is buff it a little bit and you good to go

**Q: Can the soft gel be soaked off?**
A: Yes I soak it off all the time , may take more soaking time just use aluminum foil

With the right glue, these tips last a long time. I really like them because they feel like my own nails! I've been wearing them for a while now and I'm never disappointed. I got used to the size, but you can always cut them down to the desired size with a professional nail clipper. The nails on the picture are from 5 days ago: I've been washing dishes and doing chores with them with no problem (they may look not so good because I don't use gloves for my hands) so I get them wet often... Overall a professional nail product 👌
