Blu Line Heavy Duty Plastic Deep Leaf Net For Swimming Pools

We had a metal version of this that came with the pool, knowing the previous owner he only bought high end kit, so when after many years of use one of the rivets came loose, I opted to get in a quick and cheap replacement until I could get the metal one fixed. I might not bother now. This Blutex net is actually in my opinion better, its nice and light, but its not flimsy! Which means the net is easier to handle, especially as we have a deep pool with a rapid slope. We have a large outdoor pool, with an even bigger tree next to it, which means I am cleaning the pool on an all to regular basis and the Blutex leaf net is perfect, it has an angled scoop that lifts even difficult to get at leaves into the net, the net has a good capacity and the whole thing feels nice and sturdy. I cannot say I will buy again as I doubt there will be any need! Anyway if there was any improvement to be made, including a row of bristles in the scoop might give a better clean. But to get this quality at this price I cannot complain.

Love it!! I have a very large(ish) mirror carp pond and 5 minor frog ponds among some very leafy trees and this net really is the business. It is well big enough with an excellent rubberised leading edge (so it won't damage the pond's liner) and quality micro netting that allows me to capture loads of that peskily irritating, massively proliferant duck weed. Pop it on an extension pole and I can reach 3m easily without any effort because the net head is really light. That way, I don't have to keep donning my waders and getting into the pond. (Swiftly followed of course by the pesky heron!!) Btw, it doesn't come with a pole. You'll have to source that yourself**, but when you compare this to an inordinately expensive Wolf Garten pond net (at around £20-£30) and their extension pole (£35-£40!!!) you know you're playing in the right league with a product that offers superb reliability and excellent value for money. (**I use a Silverline 250182 Extension Pole 1.6-3 m for just a little over £7 delivered. And it's positively perfect!!)

Good item, does the job, although the net could be tighter perforation to pick up smaller particles as let's by the small stuff.

Hi, Purchased this item to replace a worn out one for my 3000 gallon koi pond. It fits my current pole and is ideal for leaf collection, especially as I'm surrounded by huge Sycamore trees and it's a continuos process at this time of the year. It is unusually strong when getting leaves and other debris off the bottom and you will need a strong when it's full. Great value and would highly recommend this product.

Brought this thinking it was almost to good to be true, I'm glad I did. It is a really good value net, sturdy and easy to use. Nice lip to pick up sunken leaves. Rounded to ensure no damage to liner. Bit fiddly to get on / off the pole (but all attachments appear the same now). I was really please with this item, less than half the price of walk in shops.

Feels lighter construction weight than the previous one which eventually tore the net but has worked OK fro clearing leaves etc from the bottom of ghe pool so far.

I purchased this in the hope that the net would be finer than my current one to get the finer gritty stuff from the bottom of my pool. It sadly wasn’t.. I will need to adapt it to suit my requirements as this appears to be the finest one of this size I can buy. That’s not to say this net is poor quality. Far from it. As a general all purpose net for larger pools this is a really great buy! Strong and well made!

Très facile d'utilisation, cette épuisette est parfaite pour ramasser les feuilles mortes au fond de ma piscine, je la trouve très solide pour un si petit prix, elle est bien large et je ne suis pas déçu du tout de mon achat ,elle s'adapte parfaitement au manche standard et je l'utilise depuis plusieurs mois , j'ai vraiment rien a dire de négatif sur ce produit.
