Forgot to mention: mine came with a arca-swiss style quick release plate that, if bought separately, it costs more than the hand-strap. Nice deal. The only thing that i don't like is the stitches of the neoprene padding: till you get used to, you can feel it to hand and it's a bit annoying. Maybe it's just me being over-sensitive to this stuff.
