Review: Good product - This covers knots and keeps them sealed! My last tin has done my whole house over ten years and has only just ran out, ( mind you it would probably been nine years if I could have always got it opened first time!)
Review: Easy to use great coverage. - A little goes a long way. It seals knots to stop knots showing in your woodwork and prevents sap leakage that can blister your paintwork. Great idea having a little brush incorporated into the lid. Easy product to use. I only used about a quarter of the tin coving 1 metre high by 20 feet long to knot seal tongue and groove prior to painting (one application per knot). Time will tell if this has worked. I'll update this review if there are any issues.

**Q: Can you apply this over gloss paint and then repaint with gloss?**
A: no the product is for sealing resinous knots in the bared wood,so just sand the affected area back to bare wood,seal the affected area with the knoting compound and allow to dry ,then use undercoat/primer to prepare the surface for glossing.

**Q: Is this product clear ? As ineed to use it on pine wood.**
A: When dry knotting solution is a light brown

**Q: Do you need to use a undercoat and primer if using this on knotted pine?**
A: You use this product to spot treat knots, not paint the whole item. Afterward treating the wood, use as you would any untreated wood - undercoat & primer if wanted

**Q: Hi can I us this on a white painted doors ,I don't fancy stripping them i have just finished painting them !!!**
A: Yes but you would be better off using clear or white knotting.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product reasonable price

It seems to have solved the weeping knot problem on our pine garden office, - not too smelly quite easy to use, apart from the attached brush attached to the lid which was a bit silly. Repainted a few hours later and it now there is no evidence of the previous problem. Happy with the product, does the job and goes a long way, - treated a 2M x 5M garden office and still have a half tin left.
