I work in Dermatology and I can honestly say Bioderma is one of the best French brands out there for problematic skin; anything from acne, eczema,psoriasis to dry, irritated, or sun burned skin. They have a product range for all types of skin problems - Sensibio being for reddened sensitive skin or rosacea. This AR cream yes is heavy and personally, as someone with oily skin, I only use it ay night as it makes me shiny. If you have dry skin then i guess it can be used in the day. I use it every night and a tube has lasted 4 months (pea sized amount). I could even get away with using it just a few times a week really but i love the smoothness and softened skin i clearly feel in the morning. As for the rosacea, this cream is the best I have found that calms down the redness at the end of the day, once the make up is off. By morning my complexion, although it will never be smooth and clear, is certainly as close as I feel my skin can go. I wont use another and have finally found my ultimate moisturiser. I use this in combination with the Bioderma sensibio H20 Micellar water - again another amazing product; will never use face wipes again! Easy to use and with twice daily wash my very broken skin has recovered. It seems to be quite economical too which is a bonus.
