Ok ball
Easy to blow up, but very difficult to put the stopper in to keep the the air in, so the ball is slowly deflating.

Issue with the stopper.
The Pilates ball itself is good quality, but the stopper does not go in completely. It sticks out and doesn’t sit securely, which is disappointing and makes the product less practical to use.

Excellent small yoga ball or chi ball
I use this ball for chi-ball exercises. It has a textured surface making it easy to hold on to in a range of movement. It holds its shape when it has less air for softer resistance. My husband also uses it for mobility exercises and we are both pleased with the texture and soft resistance of the ball.
