Are the left and right buttons hard to click? Do they require much pressure to activate? Are they stiff?

No, not stiff or hard to click. Never going back to standard. Only thing I had to get used to was not pressing downward as with standard mouse. With this, you sort of just hang on. My wrist & shoulder pain began disappearing the same day I started using this - highly recommend it.

is this compatible with the latest mac OS (Ventura -13) the description only says 10.3-10.11?
