Defo not black paint. Not that I've noticed, & use it most days at work.

Yes, it has a nylon pouch. It is too small to hold both the MP600 and its optional bit set, so the bit set also comes with a pouch, to hold both tool and bit set.

How big are the scissors?

Scissor blades are 1.5cm. Very tiny but very sharp.

Does the saw blade have to be removed for UK legal carry?
