Review: Great Kettle and Teapot Set - Great quality and very easy to use. The teapot brews tea perfectly and the kettle heats up quickly. I’m really happy with this purchase. Review: Very disappointing product and customer service - I bought this Karaca tea maker around two years ago, and it has already stopped working. It no longer dispenses boiling water correctly, the tea maker function has failed, and the 40°C setting became dangerously inaccurate. On one occasion, it dispensed boiling water instead of 40°C water. As we have a young baby and used this feature for preparing formula, this was a serious safety concern. I contacted Karaca expecting at least some after-sales support. Although the warranty had expired, I asked about repair services or spare parts. I was told they do not provide any support once the warranty ends, not even a paid repair option!! I now understand why so many people have left one-star reviews for Karaca products. A product that fails after only two years, combined with no after-sales support, is not something I can recommend. ## Features - Powerful Performance: This 1700 W electric tea maker quickly heats water to your desired temperature, whether it's 40 degrees to prepare baby food, 92 degrees to make tea, or 100 degrees just to boil water. - Generous Capacity: With the capacity to hold 12 cups(200 ml), or 21 tea glasses, this tea maker machine ensures you have enough hot water for your tea party or family gathering. - Voice Notification Feature: Stay informed at every stage as to the progress of the boiling process with the built-in voice notification feature of tea machine that makes it simple and convenient for all users. - Safety First: Our Çaysever Turkish Tea Maker includes multiple safety features such as an automatic shut-off function for when the water level runs low. Incorporates BPA-free materials for health-conscious users, and a special cover for protecting (hands) when boiling water. - Freshness Guaranteed: Enjoy hot tea for up to 60 minutes with an innovative feature that keeps tea fresh and always know (the level) of the freshness of your tea with the unique ‘freshness indicator’. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BJ7LDSF1 | | Best Sellers Rank | 461,800 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 9 in Hot Tea Machines | | Brand | KARACA | | Capacity | 1.5 litres | | Colour | Silver | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars (137) | | Date First Available | 14 Oct. 2022 | | Guaranteed software updates until | unknown | | Item Weight | 2.2 kg | | Material | Glass, Plastic | | Package Dimensions | 38.4 x 26.6 x 22.6 cm; 2.2 kg | | Power / Wattage | 1700 watts | | Special Features | Automatic Shut Off, Portable | | Voltage | 230 Volts | | Volume Capacity | 1.5 Litres | ## Images ![Caysever Turkish Tea Maker Machine - 1.5 L Temperature Control Smart Kettle & 0.8 L Glass Tea Pot with Infuser - Smart Stall Warning & Voice Notification - 1700 W Multi-Functional Tea Machine - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71aB0lz0AFL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Kettle and Teapot Set *by M***E on 17 November 2025* Great quality and very easy to use.
