Teat disfigured
Teats are generally good except for the fact after sterilising 3 times, one of the teats has completely disfigured and not gone back to normal

Fit the Medela rings perfectly!
I found the Medela “slow” teats far too fast, little one really struggled and gulped and eventually threw up, no matter how much I tried to pace him. I have Medela bottles that I pump into, and had to buy the lids that you put normal teats into separately, I found these preemie teats to be so much slower and this morning he had a nice slow relaxed feed. Don’t be put off by the “preemie” my little one is 3.5 months and it’s was perfectly paced for him! Fully recommended!

Good but I didn’t quite realise it needed the other premie bottle which is fair enough but a bit annoying

Not for us
Purchase for my son I had severe silent reflux and also had a posterior tongue tie. I brought these after his tongue tie release. These teats just didn’t work for us neither did dr browns for reflux/colic

Great if your baby chocks on slow flow tits.
Arrived quickly. My baby is not premature but she seems like to struggle with slow flow tits as she sometimes chocks on her milk and finishes the bottle pretty quickly. This premie nipple helps to slow her down and she can take her time with this as with this one milk only comes when she sucks rather than overflowing in her mouth. It mimics her breast feeding as she is combo feeding.
