easy to understand
i bought this because i hadn't a clue how to use the machine i had bought and the price is great too. This is poster size and came very quickly in the post and it was well packed. It explains each exerise well and is easily understood .

Great item and well packaged in hard circular tube to protect it whilst posting. good explanation of exercises and easy to see and read - i put brown packaging tape around edges so as it will stay up sturdy as i didnt want to put it on the wall but store it behind the machine - great bargain - "Exercising to lose weight KAREN in Belfast!"

Good clear instructions and photographs but could be improved i.e. what speed would you recommend doing the exercises for, how long for etc....

Great machine once assembld despite poor instructions .
An excellent exerciser once assembled but lacking in instructions and a poorly translated Owner's Manual eg 1-50 glasses of different working speed , Automatic Program P3 Fartlek training for advanced athletes . ( with Flatulence? ) Assembly Instructions...You will need some Cello tape ( why ? - no strings attached ) Stand on the foodboard, hold the handle ( you'll come to a sticky end if you used the cello tape ) If you have any respiratory dieses ( you'll die gasping )

This was delivered well before they told me to expect it Great machine and value for money Already set up My only complaint there isn't an exercise booklet showing you how to work different Parts of the body if you hadn't used one before you wouldn't have a clue I had to order a separate book but not for this machine Saw this machine on the shopping channel Half the price on Amazon

My husband bought me a Vibro Plate for my Christmas I lost 4 stone so I neede some form of exercise I cannot go to the gym...so at least I can do exercise at home...this chart is ideal it shows which exercises to do for which part of your body.

Great vibration
Love this machine. It is larger than I thought it would be, but that's a good thing I feel very safe and steady on it. Having several settings is good. Would highly recommend it.

Very satisfied of the machine and delivery . It is early to tell about the way it works but I.ve noticed changes in my shape even after my first time. So that's great! I think I'll be even more pleased as the time passes.
