Great product
Great product at a reasonable price. Seems to take the edge off hunger pangs and I don't seem to be able to eat large quantities any more.

but they gave me a terrible upset tummy
I tried these for a few weeks and unfortunately didn't agree with me. I persevered, but they gave me a terrible upset tummy, cramps and caused a irregular heartbeat. I have now had to stop them , so wasted money as still have some left. I did lose a very little bit of weight, but that is only because of the upset tummy after everything i ate went straight through me.

Very dissappointed
Rubbish I only needed to lose 1/2 stone which sits round my tummy . Did nothing even with plenty of excessive and mindful of diet .
