Beautiful insight into the diverse world of McQueen. The author depicts a genuine care and fascination with the subjects and collaborators and allows the reader into that world with care and reverence. As a owner of all the other McQueen books on the market, this one is now one of the absolute best that has been published. The details and variety outshine various other publications on the subject of the designer, separating it from a generic photo stock reprint. The finishing and detail of the book itself also feels quite special. Finally, the index provides great reference points for true fans. Well done Mr Fairer!
