I held back writing a review on these initially as there were a number of reviews that criticised the quality of them.After now owning and using them for a few months I can give an honest opinion on how good they are.First of all these are a great lightweight set of headphones. They are used for 90% of teams meetings and 10% listening to music.One of the best features of these headphones is that you can simultaneously have the headphones connected to your phone and laptop at the same time, so very easy to switch from listening to music on Spotify to connecting straight into a Teams meeting. This seems to work flawlessly.I have had various headphones previously and just swapped from a pair of Sony in ear buds, but these always seem to loose battery after 3 hours and I ended up having to default to cheap plug in headphones halfway through the day, so not ideal!Quality of the headphones is great rather than premium feeling. Totally acceptable though and as they are so light weight I don't feel wearing them is ever a chore they have never caused any aches on my ears after prolonged use (unlike my Sennheiser music headphones)The pads on the earphones pivot to align to your ear shape and the head band extends to the size of your head. The headband seems to stay in place well, this is mainly due to the rubber type pad underneath the top band. It would have been nice to have this made out of some nice alcantara or something but this is a small criticism.The headphone mic can be swivelled up our the way when you have no need to talk, and there is a small magnet that snaps the back of the mic into a small recess on top of the band so it doesn't fall out of place, quite a neat solution.Connectivity can be by Bluetooth directly to the headset or by using the dongle. If using the dongle in your laptop, the headset connects straight away without any Bluetooth setup. Using the dongle also gives you an LED indicator of the connectivity status, green if it's connected, red if you are in a call etc. This is useful indicator of you can't quite work out of the headphones are or not connected. I had this dongle plugged into a USB extension originally so didn't spot the LED, but now I have it plugged into the side of my laptop I always know that they are connected.On the right hand side of the headset there is a red illuminating halo that displays if you are busy in a teams call, great to give people around you an indication if you are busy to stop un planned interruptions etc.I have also only just realised that there are a number of shortcut buttons on the side of the headset that allow you to raise the volume up and down, mute and unmute. If I remember correctly you can use ame buttons to skip tracks when listening to music.Sound quality is good, again clear and prioritised for voice clarity, exactly what I wanted. Good sound for music, but obviously music oriented headphones would have a richer bass stage.The headphones don't have noise cancelling which is a real shame, so people on the other side of the call can hear your background noise. It would make these headphones even better if they had noise cancelling.Battery life on the headset is fantastic, I easily get two days heavy use without any charging. I tend to charge at this point though so although I would likely get longer battery performance they get charged to stop them going flat. There is however a USB cable that allows them to be powered whilst also charging if flat, so you never have to worry about searching for a spare set of headphones.The headphone don't have BoiseI purchased these from Amazon warehouse for £93 and they were basically new in the original box.Really pleased with these headphones and would highly recommend.

I have the MS (Lync) Stereo version of this headset, and I'm very pleased with it.THE GOODThe sound quality is excellent. In particular, when I'm talking I don't hear my own voice played back through the headset - and that alone is a vast improvement on the wired Microsoft headset I've been using up until now.The battery lasts very well. I use the headset a few hours a day and charge it every few days and haven't had it run low.It's really comfortable. The ear pads are smaller than they seem from the images but they sit very comfortably on the ears. The bridge between them isn't padded, but it's kind of rubberised and I don't think that padding would make any real difference.The range is good. I have tried my laptop's internal Bluetooth and the supplied dedicated dongle and I get better range from the dongle. With the dongle I can just about break the connection by going to the very far end of a large house, and internal Bluetooth stands up to a couple of interior walls but the quality falls off quickly. I strongly recommend using the dongle.It handles connection to multiple devices well. It was easy to connect to both my phone and PC simultaneously.THE BADIt's a headset, not a pair of headphones. The sound is very good, but it's not intended for audiophiles listening to music. If you're buying this for voice calls and a bit of music/film then you'll be really pleased, but it just isn't tuned for music.The microphone boom flips up and is held against the head band with a magnet, which would be nice if it worked. The magnet is weak and the ear pads are designed to swivel relative to the band, which means that the mic and the band will only be properly aligned if you have a strange shaped head. That being said, the boom stays up perfectly well without the magnet - it just pokes out a little bit.It's not cheap. I use Lync on average about an hour a day so over a couple of years the cost of this is nothing to me compared to the convenience of good call quality and being able to walk away from my computer during a call. But the fact remains this is an expensive headset and if I expected to use it only occasionally then I would have bought something cheaper.The headset saves power by switching fully on only when there is sound to output. That means that when you start playing sound then there is a short lag (about 1-2 seconds) before the headset wakes up and starts playing audio. That's annoying when e.g. starting to watch a short YouTube clip - you begin to play the video and all is silent, then a couple of seconds in the audio switches on and you end up rewinding to hear what you missed at the start. It's not a big deal and not really what the headset was intended for, but it bugs me a little.

To try to make it useful, I'm writing this after a few weeks of heavy use.I spent a long time looking before finally splashing out. Overall, I'm pleased with my choice, these are very good, with only a few very minor complaints.I tried and failed to associate the headset with my laptop's built-in BlueTooth; in the end I had to use the Jabra BlueTooth dongle supplied with the headset. This is a little annoying, as it sticks out; so I have to remove/re-insert it when travelling. Build quality is, I think, better than the pictures might suggest. Nothing looks overly fragile, and they have held up well.Sound quality (both send and receive) is good: maybe not as high as dedicated (and expensive) music headsets, but good enough for me and anyway that is not their intended primary use. It is clearly well optimised for Lync/Skype, and works well with both. Speech in both directions is very clear, with no extra delays or other artifacts.Battery life is a little better than claimed (but then they are still new). It is easy to start (and stop) charging even while they are in use, provided you use a charger and not a laptop USB port (if you do that while on a call there is a short disconnect while the laptop sound settings are changed).I found the BlueTooth range excellent: I can walk several rooms away and remain connected. I wasn't expecting that, the building is old and WiFi is terribly degraded though the walls.Comfort is better than I expected even though the headband is not padded. I found myself re-adjusting how it sits on my head towards the end of each day during a series of 8-hour meetings, but overall I'm pretty happy with that aspect. Such long meetings are unusual for me, otherwise they would justify spending a lot more.Many mentioned the magnetic microphone store does not work well. This is really nothing: the microphone boom will happily stay in the "up and out of the way" position anyway. The magnet only clamps it to the headband so it looks a tiny bit neater. Anyway, the magnet works on mine.I did install the software from Jabra's website. Its main use is to update the firmware (both BlueTooth dongle and headset). I find I use it to check the battery charge as well, it is quite convenient.The product description mentioned multi-association. I had hoped I could associate the headset with both my laptop and phone. But this is not possible, this was not what the wording meant (careful reading is a good idea!). But changing associations back and forth is tolerably easy if you want to do that.Overall: well worth the money over cheaper headsets, and does the job it was designed for very well.

We have bought these initially for a couple of the staff, but they are so good we bought them for everyone. If you invest in one thing during the covid restrictions, when many of us are working from home, it should be this!The thing that really sold them to us was when my colleague was driving (albeit only 30 or 40 miles an hour) in his convertible, and the customer asked him if he was in the office! The noise cancelling is brilliant, so effective. The main office we have has a very high ceiling and is therefore noisy when lots of people are on the phone. Calling people in the office was awful until we got these, all you could hear was everyone else. Now with the children running around in the background they are just as good at muting that noise too - don't expect them to cancel 100% of noise, but it will reduce it to such a level you can barely hear it at the other end.Our needs for these are largely for calls. We spend a lot of time on conference calls to people across the globe, often to non-native English speakers, so it is super important we can concentrate on what they are saying, and that our speech comes through clearly.We have tried mono versions, and I also have the 85h over-ear headphones and these strike the best balance. Some people have reviewed these saying they are difficult to hear your own voice whilst wearing, but they really are not. The thing is if you have the mono, and anyone else is around you, it can be difficult to concentrate on what the caller is saying, especially if they have a heavy accent and don't have a pair of these to cancel out their own background noise. You can hear the other caller more clearly with the 65s, and because they do not go over the ear they are more comfortable for longer periods. If it is warm over ear cans are sweaty!The over-ear 85h's are so good at cancelling out the noise around you (they have excellent passive and active noise cancelling), but they make it so hard to hear yourself they are best left to when it is more important you hear the person talking than they can hear you (85h is no where near as good at cancelling background noise from your speech thanks to the lack of mic boom).So in short, the 65's are excellent at cancelling background noise from speech, comfortable and strike the best balance for most calls where you being heard, and hearing them is equally important.

I've only had this headset for about 10 days but I'm already very impressed although it would be fair to say that for the £106 I paid for them I should be.I've tried a number of Bluetooth headsets as I need them for my work on a daily basis, my requreiments are:- Must work with an iPhone (6 at the moment)- Clear audio in both directions (Need to use in noisy environments and in my car, I've decided I need a boom mic therefore)- Reasonable time between charges- Must fit my big head- Comfortable to wearFor the last 9 months or so I've been using the 'AGPTek 2in1 Bluetooth headset with boom mic' and they did work although they weren't particularly comfortable and they lacked high frequency response so with some people I talked to I was constanly having to ask them to repeat what they'd said due to them sounding indistinct. They were a fraction of the cost of the Jabre Evolve 65s so maybe that's to be expected.The Evolve 65s though are so far faultless, excellent sound quality, very simple to connect and turn on and off. They're comfortable to wear for extended periods and the battery life has so far been impressive.The boom mic is a little short which can lead to the person on the other end getting some heavy breathing but is easy to re-position and can be stowed vertically against the outside of the headset band when not using the mic. The mic though won't stay attached in the stowed position when the headband is opened to anywhere near maximum (which I need). This is a negligable issue though.So far I can heartily recommend this headset for anyone needing to use their phone while working with their hands.

I have been using one of these (the "Standard UC/Stereo" version) for several months now and I love it. It spends most of the day paired with both my mobile (via Bluetooth) and with a desktop PC (using the included dongle). I run a generic SIP client (Zoiper) on the PC. Using this headset, I can easily make/answer calls from either phone. Audio quality on both is excellent.The headset is very comfortable to wear. It is a nice size and weight and exerts just the right amount of pressure.The stereo version provides the perfect amount of noise isolation: the worst of the office distractions are kept out but I can still hear enough of my own voice when I am talking that it feels natural (this is a problem with some other stereo headsets I have tried).The included dongle enumerates as an audio device on the PC, which saves an awful lot of faffing about with bluetooth pairing (which can be hit-and-miss under Windows, in my experience). Just plug the dongle in and tell the SIP client to use the audio device that appears. Nice. It would be very easy to walk off and forget the dongle, though. Replacements are available but they are horrifyingly expensive.Battery life is pretty good. When it does run out, you can charge it with the (included) USB cable while using it normally.For use just as Bluetooth headphones (e.g. just for listening to music), the microphone stows above the headband and is held in place magnetically. In truth, one of the few faults I can find is that this magnetic mechanism is a bit on the feeble side and doesn't hold onto the microphone all that well. Its a fairly minor complaint.All in all, I'm very satisfied.PS - There is a similar (and suspiciously similar-looking) Plantronics product available that I have also used for comparison. The Plantronics one has active noise cancellation (which works really well) and is a little bigger but otherwise has a similar feature set. It costs more than twice as much. The Plantronics one is better, but I'm not sure it is twice-the-price better.

Ordered this 1.5 years ago, and it's a great headset, use it regularly at work for VoIP. Sound quality is great, mic does a good job (from what I can tell) in terms of noise cancellation (the office can get noisy!) And battery life can roughly at least a day, even with regular use. It's pretty comfortable for long term use, and I'm sure other people benefit from the adjustable headband. I also like the magnetic mic stand, it can stow the arm so it just looks like earphones. A few niggles:- As a women with long hair, it sometimes get caught in the joints, which can get pretty annoying.- When connected to the PC via the USB dongle, it does have some issues connecting correctly. You do have a faff about in Windows to get it right sometimes. If you connect it to the PC to charge, it can cause some conflicts there as well.- After 1.5 years, the USB dongle stopped working. I used it a lot, but I expected a bit more quality.- Having to switch to bluetooth to connect to my PC, the audio quality is not so good; I trust it's more the issue of BT rather than the headset.- I wish the headset carrying case had a pocket for the USB dongle.So it's done the job over the past 1.5 years, but hate the short lifespans of electronics today. For the price I was hoping to get a few years of use out of it.

If not for the price, I would have given this headset 5 stars.Connection was a breeze - simply plug in the Bluetooth dongle into your PC, turn on the switch on the headset and you're away. I'm using this at work with Skype and I've had no problems with it at all. It is so much better than the wired one I had been using before as it offers up a lot more freedom and you don't have to keep moving the cable away from going over the keyboard while talking and typing at the same time.I've not yet managed to pair it up with my phone as well (yet to try that properly) as turning on Bluetooth on my phone didn't show up the Jabra. The description says that this can be done, but there is nothing detailed in the start up manual.Very happy with it. I especially like that you can store the microphone out of the way onto the head strap. It clicks into place via a magnet in the strap.The only issue I have is that with both ears covered, it is hard to gauge how loudly I'm speaking, but I'll probably get used to that.The sound is clear and precise and I've not had any complaint with people unable to hear me.Would recommend

O fone deu problema meses depois e se encontra na garantia. Já tentei entrar em contato com o vendedor 3 vezes pela Amazon para ele enviar a nota fiscal do produto e ele não envia. Não responde as mensagens! J'ai eu l'occasion de tester ce type de casque audio au travail. J'ai tout de suite accroché.D'un design simple et élégant, ce casque est efficace, léger, ergonomique et polyvalent. La qualité audio est vraiment excellente, c'est un outil de choix pour mener des téléconférences notamment par Skype. Le fonctionnement est intuitif puisqu'il suffit de brancher le petit dongle USB sur l'ordinateur. L'installation des pilotes est automatique et ne prend pas plus d'une minute. Un seul réglage dans le panneau de configuration consistant à choisir ce casque comme source de sortie audio le rend de suite fonctionnel. La connectivité Bluetooth est vraiment pratique, on est plus libre et autonome, tant sur le plan de la batterie, qui dure jusqu'à 10h, que sur le plan de la connectivité qui nous permet de nous déplacer assez loin de l'ordinateur tout en gardant une bonne connexion et une bonne qualité d'écoute. Le rechargement de la batterie est plutôt rapide, puisque celle-ci peut être complètement rechargée en trois heures environ, grâce au câble USB fourni. Le microphone est amovible et peut être rangé grâce à la partie aimantée présente sur le casque. La qualité du micro est également au rendez-vous, puisqu'on peut aisément procéder à de l'écriture par reconnaissance vocale avec un faible taux d'erreur pour peu que le logiciel de reconnaissance vocale soit correctement configuré. Coté rangement, c'est très soigné : une sacoche est prévue pour ranger le casque et on appréciera la toute petite pochette prévue pour l’adaptateur USB : on peut l’emporter partout.Ce casque a été finement conçu et pensé, il peut paraitre un peu cher mais il vaut le coup, je le recommande.

There’s nothing to dislike about this product. Works seamlessly, no complaints. Good sound and battery backup.
