Real Techniques Expert Concealer Makeup Brush (Handle Colour May Vary)

Background: Thought I'd write this up, because as a person who prefers sheer but effective foundation & concealer coverage AND spends a lot of time in front of cameras for my job as an online instructor to a global audience in HD, finding stuff that makes my skin feel fresh & flawless at 50 is important to me, not only for the cameras, but for myself too. I bought this concealer brush as a bit of an impulse buy during Prime Day (along with a new foundation brush) because I'd seen various makeup videos on YouTube using similar ones. I have always used my fingers, and had no idea that a brush would give such superior results. I have very naturally youthful, wrinkle-free skin for my age, but my skin is getting more delicate and thinner. My night owl tendencies are more obvious under my eyes as well... Being able to more precisely & delicately apply & manipulate concealer is a godsend! And when concealer is settling into the under eye skin, you can easily use this brush (after wiping off any excess product on the bristles) to sweep away any concealer that has collected in the fine crease under the lash line. I've tried it with three different liquid concealers of various price points: NYX HD, Too Faced, and Make Up For Ever HD. All went on beautifully, and I'd rate them in that order too (Make Up For Ever being the most impressive finish). I am hooked. I only recently switched to using a foundation brush (a cheap one, but it has converted me), so I can't wait until the Real Techniques one I also bought on Prime Day arrives. When cash allows, I'll upgrade from both of these by Real Techniques to pro-level brushes, but for now? For now, I look better than ever before, and am thrilled.

Lovely soft fluffy brush ideal for blending out concealer and diffusing edges without moving the product. Quality is amazing. Size is perfect for those intricate areas. Ease to clean. I would take a lot for me to use any other brush for my concealer. 1000% recommend. Delivery quick and packed securely

I always buy the real techniques brushes as the quality is always great. This is perfect for doing concealer under my eyes and being a different colour to the rest of my brushes helps me to find it quickly!

Love this fluffy little brush! It blends concealer well and can be used to buff and stipple. I bought one for me and one for a friend and she loves hers too. It's been used almost daily for 2 months and washed weekly and I've had no issues! Is it fake? I don't know. I have other RT brushes from that well known pharmacy/beauty store with the advantage card and they look exactly the same and feel the same. If it is genuine, it's a very good price! If it's a dupe, it's a very good one and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another! Dispatched super quick (I have Prime though) and delivered the next day.

I was on the fence about whether I really needed this. “Don’t my fingers work?” Well let me tell you, this brush makes concealer application a breeze. It’s really great quality which was shocking for how great a price point it is. I haven’t experienced any shedding or streaks, which makes using this brush a great choice over others I’ve seen and used. I’m not someone who knows a lot about concealer. It always kind of overwhelmed me. But if I’d had access to this brush (and some easy tutorials) I’d have felt a lot less overwhelmed by things. This looks like a big, fluffy eyeshadow brush but it’s made with bristles created to gently distribute your concealer in an almost airbrushed appearing way. It’s as if each “tap” with the brush were equal to fifteen blending taps with your finger. I’ve now become a concealer convert. Just like with most things- get the right tools and the job is much more easy (and fun!) 🤩

It's the most wonderful concealer brush... with firm bristles that allow you to apply / spread the product and also the required fluff to blend it out evenly... worth purchasing 👍👍

I bought this brush because my old concealer brush was getting too tattered for use. The brush is pretty dense and ensures the concealer is spread evenly enough. I am yet to see how well it performs after washing it. I am hoping the glue doesn't weaken with exposure to water.
