I too have had a very bad severe pain from tennis elbow, I had physio treatment for approx. 2 months resulting in my T/E getting 80% better, I used the handshoe mouse for 12 months after this physio and it broke down after the warranty period, this seemed to be ok, I then bought this evoluent mouse which has a similar holding of the penguin (not the same way holding but similar) and it to has not brought back my T/E, my T/E was brought on by lifting a very heavy tool box on a daily basis and not by use of any computer periphs so you would need to see how your T/E was brought on to try and decide on the mouse you require, I have used this one for a short while and so far so good, this is best I can answer, good luck with you getting better from your pain you are going thru, it's also worth knowing I tried acouple of other mouses and the evo has been the better choice. **Q: To the people who have bought the Evoluent 3, two quick questions: 1. Which do you prefer? 2. Which of the two has buttons that are lighter to press?** A: I have the 3 at work and the 4 at home. For me I prefer the 4 simply for the increased functionality. The position your wrist will be in is identical so from an RSI point of view there's nothing between them, but the additional buttons are useful when web browsing as you can programme the keys next to the thumb for various short cuts. The buttons on the 3 feel a little more sturdy, but not so much so to make any real difference. I would recommend the 4 if you're going to be using it a lot. **Q: I need a replacement usb for this mouse but this seller never responded- does anyone know where I can get one please, I need to use it and can’t, tia** A: I reckon your best, possibly only, source for a replacement would be Evoluent themselves., however they do have a Reseller network.
