Like icing sugar it's v light n difficult to decant from bag that seals well in2 my cupboard container. It's white and tastes v nice not quite like icing but a perfect sweetener that isn't grainy to the palette only used in cooking so far. But my daughter used it as icing n said its a good substitute. Would recommend to diabetic type 2 like me or if u just cutting out sugar. Has no calories but high carbs and too much can b high in fibre.

This is a good low calorie/sugar alternative to icing sugar. I diabetic but I still enjoy baking and this allows me to create icing etc and not spike my blood sugars. It comes in a 1 kg resealable bag and you use it just as you would icing sugar. It is easy to use and blends well and I don’t feel the need to sift it before I use it as I would with icing sugar so that’s a bonus. There is a bit of an aftertaste with this, which is common with most sweetners, so it can be a bit of trial and error to get it so it is not quite so strong. For example when I made some lemon icing I used a but more lemon juice as that made that flavour more predominant. I think if you have used sweetners before you will get what I mean and this is no different than most. I will definitely get it again though as I can make it work for me, it is easy to use and the price is quite reasonable.

This product is versatile I use it in lots of recipes. I don't think I could do without it now.

As described- thank you Product exactly as stated thank you. However I am not amused that the courier has noted the parcel was handed to resident- which it was not -it was left on the floor just inside porch door & my gate left wide open.

So far, I have used this for lemon drizzle cake (topping) and buttercream. It is definately very sweet mixed with lemon juice but found it tastes much nice the day after. Buttercream is lovely - not as nice as the real thing and you might need to tinker with your recipe but its good when on keto. I was quite skeptical before I tried it but its been really good!

Top il remplace parfaitement le sucre sans faire monter la glycemie . pas d'arrière-goût ça a vraiment le goût du sucre. En pâtisserie, c'est vraiment super car ça résiste à la chaleur contrairement aux autres substitues de sucre

Eritritolo puro alimentatore privo di zuccheri e carboidrati perché fa parte della categoria dei polioli e non degli zuccheri. Dolcifica quasi quanto lo zucchero, ma non innalza la glicemia e non ha calorie. Si scioglie meno bene dello zucchero, ma se lo si usa in polvere a velo, si scioglie benissimo.
