**Q: We have lost the instructions and we cannot remember how to record the password. Please can you send the instructions? Thank you very much**
A: My daughter was able to find the manual online when she forgot the instructions.

**Q: Can you buy the pen and note pad refills?**
A: You can buy invisible pen with uv light on Ebay-I got the cheapest ones"2xUV invisible Security Marker permanent plus build in ultra violet led light(2for 1.99).Pads you can replace with normal paper,pen works on it as well.

**Q: We have new batteries in and the box is locked but has now stopped working. The reset button is also not working. Any advice please?**
A: I would get in touch with amazon or the retailer and voice your concerns

**Q: can you delete recording on the keys and record new one?**
A: I think so, I'm pretty sure I remember my granddaughter deleting one and recording again.
