This is a beautiful publication inside and out, I love the thought put into the hardback cover texture. I am opened up to a whole new textile realm, I haven't actually heard of over half the fabrics listed....yet. The illustrations are excellent and the process descriptions are clear and easy to follow. I definitely feel that I would be able to follow through to grasp the techniques if I had the tools and equipment sitting in front of me and this book as my reference. I am also drawn to the 3 dimensional aspects of the medium and I look forward to melting synthetic fibers in the near future.
