I am very happy with this mold. I personally don't like how flimsy it is - that is the only reason I gave this 4 stars (I prefer the polycarbonate molds). But this one does work well - as long as you put the mold in the refrigerator after (filling it with chocolate) for about 12 minutes. That way the figures will just come right out. Be sure to wash this with a microfiber cloth (like any chocolate mold) using dish soap in very warm water (not hot). Then dry it off with another microfiber cloth. This will help to keep scratches from forming on the mold itself. I use MR.SIGA Ultra Fine Microfiber Cloths for Glass, Pack of 6, 35 x 40 cm 13.7" x 15.7" to wipe the mold just before using it. It helps to allow the coverture chocolate to be a bit more glossy.
