Fantastic steel
Just purchased and started to use. I cook all day long this particular steel works extremely well for me. I have a high quality knife that keeps Sharp but I chop a lot and it rolls my edge. With just a couple of swipes I bring that edge right back straight with this steel. I love it.

A Great Thing to Have in the Kitchen
Swipe the sharpening steel over your knife (like they always seem to be doing in Holiday-themed movies) everytime you use it and it will stay sharp. So much easier than constantly having to re-hone the knife. This one is high quality and will last a lifetime.

Simply amazing sharpener. I grew up with one very similar but I was skeptical about this based on the price. Easy to handle and effortless to use.... Sharpened every darn knife I own!!! If your talented you can even sharpen serrated blades and bread knives.
