But, with clear instructions and responsive customer service the installation will provide a safe method of suppling 120v of power from an inverter generator to a couple of 120v household circuits.In my case, this dual manual transfer switch enabled my inverter generator to easily power a gas furnace blower (controlled by a nest thermostat), a fridge and some led light fixtures. Using the switch provides a more effective use of small generators by isolating 2 critical circuits in your breaker box with a single 10 or 12 gauge extension cord. My only wish is that the unit was wired with solid core (instead of stranded) wires.Installation note: if using a floating neutral generator (like the Honda eu2200i) follow the directions where the neutrals are NOT switched. My furnace would not work unless I did this for my generator. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to install, detailed instructions were good *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 31, 2018* I purchased this generator switch to provide power to 2 circuits in my kitchen. We wanted to have power to the refrigerator and power to one additional AC outlet in the kitchen. Installation was easy. One thing unique to this switch is that it has wires to switch both the hot and the neutral. Depending on your generator you may need to follow the additional instructions included for wiring this switch if your generator has a floating neutral. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ That was really easy to do and worked out better as u can ... *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 30, 2017* I ordered 2 double circuit Arnberg transfer switches on Saturday morning and got them Saturday night! Mounted them on concrete ( masonry bit is a must) had it mounted on Sunday. Had an issue with the conduit bending too much. I emailed arnberg and Ryan got back to me right away. He was ready to send me more elbows and suggested putting the elbow at the switches. That was really easy to do and worked out better as u can see in the picture. , Installed it myself on Monday. Instructions were easy. The biggest challenge was tracing the existing white wires to it's source. It took only 2 hours to do all 4 circuits. I tested everything and it works great. My goal zero yeti 1250 is semi permanently hooked up as my generator. 4 circuits are burner, garage/basement office, fridge and living room. During a power outage I'll have heat, garage door opener, a few lights, wi fi, landline cordless phone , alarm system , living room lights and TV and of course the fridge . I'm just waiting for my VMAX battery from Amazon so I can more than double the run time!
