Only concern would be the wood handle but otherwise I can't see why you couldn't use them in an oven. **Q: Does it need to be seasoned before using? If yes, what is the best wat to season to ensure a long product life?** A: Don’t think it needs to be seasoned. But my husband set it on the Blackstone to heat it up & then wiped it down with olive oil, set back on the grill for a couple minutes to heat up. Did that a couple times. That way it helps so nothing sticks.
