## Description

Parchment paper is perfect for non-stick baking and cooking and ensures easy cleanup. Use it to line cookie sheets and cake pans to prevent sticking (wet the paper to easily mould it to the shape of the baking pan). Simplify cookie baking by preparing cookies on a piece of parchment paper, then slide the parchment paper onto a cookie sheet for baking and slide the parchment paper onto a cooling rack for cooling. Great for use in microwave ovens and for preparing foods "en papillote" (baked in parchment). Parchment paper also makes for easy separation of frozen foods (for example, stacks of hamburger patties) or line pans with parchment paper for easy removal of frozen desserts from the pan. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: My recent order is inferior quality.  The baked goods stck and the parchment disintegrates after baking.  Others have this problem?**
A: Yep, same thing. I bought parchment sheets in 2017 and they were great, then when I went and reordered them again (Dec. 2018) from seemingly the same company they are just like you describe - baked goods get stuck to them (not like to foil, but not like they should to parchment paper) and they do crumble and disintegrate that you are not able to reuse them like you could the other ones.

**Q: Are these meant for 2/3 baking sheet pans?**
A: I'm not sure of the size of a 2/3 pan but I use them in my Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Commercial Baker's Big Sheet pans (Pan exterior dimensions 21 x 15 x 1 inches and interior dimensions 19.5 x 13.63 x 1 inches). I usually cut them for smaller pans. I can cut 3, 9" rounds from a sheet.  I always just cut off a smaller piece to heat pizza in the oven. Using these for reheating, I almost never need to wash the pan. I've been ordering these for years because I really like them. I found a plastic tube that makes storing them really handy.

**Q: Since these are shipped rolled, do they curl like parchment rolls? I would prefer not having the curling issue.**
A: They curl just a little, nothing like the rolls you get at the grocery store. The sheets are not very tightly rolled. I've been buying these for years. Love the convenience of cut sheets.

**Q: are the actual dimensions 13.6 X 19.5?**
A: As I no longer have these I am unable to answer. Sorry

If you do the math using the entire price including shipping, and compare price by how much paper you're getting, its still many times cheaper to buy these sheets than box after box of parchment paper at the store. The paper seems identical and the pre-cut sheets are so much more convenient to use. They lay flat and I don't have to deal with the ragged edges I got when I tried to tear some off in a hurry from the serrated edge of a box.

This parchment is great. It can be used over and over until you finish a whole batch of cookies and the sheet is still good . I use it under meat and potato dishes in the oven with carrot and onions and nothing sticks. Jelly and caramel apples don't stick. It saves a lot of time washing and scrubbing. Just love it. There are so many uses. Very well satisfied with products purchased through Amazon.com
