**Q: Is this oil good for massage ?**
A: I definitely wouldn't recommend it because of the pungent smell unless you like the smell. I can't handle the smell so I wouldn't use it on my skin but coconut oil works wonderful

A: Yes, we cook with it all the time. Its also great for conditioning your hair. But yes, get it and cook something awesome. It lends a yummy flavor to food.

**Q: Can i mix this mustard oil with coconut oil to use for hair conditioning?**
A: Absolutely. I mix my deep conditioner, tez, coconut oil, and argan oil as a deep conditioning prepoo. You will love it.
